4) Pan card Snapshot Required.

5) Center has to pay Rs 1 lac business procurement fee & Rs.20,000 Consultancy Charge.

6) Center has to ensure that all that is mentioned in the company profile and other legal papers & certification is true and correct.

7) Center has to send LOI & sign MOU before 20th Feb 2011.
