SOTC Outbound Voice Process



Type of Process: Outbound Sales Process

Work Description: Sales, After Sales Customer Care

Industry Vertical: Tourism ( International )

Require Seats - 10 Seats (8+2 Hours, 6 days a week)

( Confirmation calls along with Customer Feedback and Sales)

Payment Method: Bank Transfer

Leads: Provided ( Charges Applicable )

Payout: Outbound : Rs.10 per Call + 10% Commission on Ticket / Tour Package Selling

VOIP minutes for outbound calls shall be provided by the client.

Contract: 1 year extendable to 3-5 years

Training: Shall be provided by the client at the Center wherein the Trainer Would fly down from States and the Expenses has to be taken by the Center.

Billing Cycle: 30 days

Signup Procedure:

1. Send LOI (Letter of Interest) & profile to us.
2. You will be sent the Sample Agreement. Respond with acknowledgment of the agreement terms.
3. Final Agreement is sent. Return an executed agreement.
4. Choose from Optional Training Program or On-Site Training ( 5-7 days ).
5. Get all agents approved via mock calls. Receive data and start calling.

Charges Involved :

( 1 ) Business Procurement fees : Rs.3 Lac ( Will be used for technical support for center )
( 2 ) Consultancy Charge : 2 Lac
( 3 ) 10% Royalty - 6 Month

Documents/Certifications Required:

( 1 ) Submit Your Company Profile with 16 Photographs of Center.
( 2 ) Last12 year Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss statement.
( 3 ) Director’s profile along with senior Management profile.
( 4 ) Details of any 1 previous inbound projects handled.
( 5 ) DOT License (Domestic & International).
( 6 ) STPI Registration.
( 7 ) Govt. Registration Certificate.
( 8 ) Bank Statements for last 6 months + IT Returns of 1 years
(9) Pan card Snapshot Required.

If you are interested for process you have to just send mentioned documents and consultancy charges ( Processing charge ). Consultancy charges will be refund i case of rejection of your proposal.
